DIaphargm Metering Pumps
ACE- Hydraulically operated Diaphragm pumps represent mere extensions or adaptations of Plunger type metering Pumps, Diaphragm by it-self does not do the pumping unless it is purposefully actuated by Plunger / Piston or other means. Its Performance therefore, in terms of Accuracy, Efficiency and Dependability is entirely- interdependent on the mechanism that displaces Diaphragm in a manner that meets the requirements of Metering, Dozing or Proportioning applications and Standards.
ACE- Hydraulically operated Diaphragm pumps too are measured to perform most accurately and efficiently in Pumping great numbers of volatile, flammable, noxious and / or hazardous fluids with added advantages of Diaphragm Head Pumps over and benefits of Plunger Head Pumps. Dangers of Leakages or contamination of pumping fluids is eliminated under all circumstances by Hydraulically balanced double diaphragm system equipped with highly responsive refill, Air-vent and Sniffing or Oil replenishment valves. Double Ball suction and discharge valves acting also as check valves ensure quick fluid flow, avoiding back flow. Thus microscopic stroke variation and regulated hydraulic control ensure precise dozing or proportioning during entire ascending as well as descending stroke setting. Performance proven specially selected Diaphragms ensure trouble free long operational life.
Application – Suitable for liquid metering, from 30 Iph – 1100 Iph (per head), 3 bar – 10 bar, Liquid end available in SS 316, PTFE, PVC, PP.

Two diaphragms are in close proximity with each other with practically no pressure in the intermediate gap. On diaphragm rupture. process or hydraulic fluid enters into the gap between the diaphragms. Pressure which can be sensed either by Pressure Gauge or by means of Electric Pressure Sensor with contacts. This replaces conventional Double Diaphragm liquid Heads.
